The imitation computer model of percolation clusters, which are self-organized in the process of genesis, was proposed. Two-dimensional cluster systems constructed by the Monte Carlo method were investigated. It is shown that the properties of model clusters depend on the interaction parameters and history of its creation. The analytical dependences of a number of parameters of the cluster system on the level of self-organization, the characteristic values of the correlation length, and the generation rate of the system were obtained.
