摘要

Structure of Ti-6Al-4V parts manufactured by electron beam melting (EBM) was studied. The effect of multistage thermal treatment consisted of annealing above the β-transus temperature followed by water or oil quenching and subsequent tempering on the microstructure and phase composition of the specimens was investigated. The maximum volume fraction of the β phase is observed after oil quenching and tempering. The possibility of increasing microhardness of 3D-printed titanium parts subjected to thermal post-processing was substantiated.
