According to the principle and method of system dynamics, the research used the methods of statistics and data mining to determine the parameters of the model and constructed the system dynamics model of fitness. Through case, to analyze the dynamic changes of each fitness index by the intervention of exercise prescription. By different assembles of intervention targets, raised the best program of exercise prescription. Fitting by the system dynamics model, improve the effective and scientific of exercise prescription and offered decision support for health of fitness.
