Research and evaluation on the service industry innovation capability based on factor analysis

The innovation capability of service industry is becoming increasingly important to service industry at present. The innovation capability has been the most important factor of the service industry enterprises competitive advantage. This paper made use of factor analysis to set up an evaluation system. This evaluation system had been used to evaluate and analyze the independent innovation promoting service industry development. Through evaluation and analysis, we could get a conclusion like this: the investment direction of science and technology closely related to the general development direction of service industry, the product level of science and technology mutually related to the investment direction of science and technology of service industry, the independent innovation ability construction closely related to the general development direction of service industry, the independent innovation ability of each industry, and the development level of the industry had a positive relationship.
