Steel box beam lifting safety technology and management in Taizhou bridge

摘要

Taizhou Bridge employs "two-span and three-tower" new suspension bridge structure with a main span of 2 * 1080s. The steel box beam lifting faces a lot of risk factors, such as the large span, wide water surface, and heavy steel box beam, and become difficult also because the work surface is combined with water position, land support, and air-catwalk. In addition, the difficulty of safety control has been increased for using the KLD370 hydraulic deck erection gantry and taking up the navigation channel during the lifting period. In this paper, Taizhou bridge as background, the major risk factors of steel box beam lifting were analyzed and corresponding control measures were proposed, which had a good effect in practice and could play a good reference for similar projects.
