An analysis on evolution path and implementation mechanism of the high-tech industrial zone

摘要

Evolution path of the high-tech industrial zone and its implementation mechanism is an important foundation for improving its innovation capacity. On the basis of the definition of development and evolution of high-tech industrial zone, drawing on life-cycle theory of industrial clusters, this paper built the high-tech zone evolution theoretical framework of "containing defined→evolutionary stage-path model→implementation mechanism," explained the diverse stage-path models on evolution of high-tech industrial zone, and proposed four main implementation mechanism of high-tech industrial zone's development and evolution, which can be summarized as innovation-driven, cluster development, network cooperation, and environmental protection.
