Evaluation of project communication management capability based on the Triangular Fuzzy Number

摘要

From the perspective of influencing factors, this paper constructs the index system of project communication management capability evaluation and applies AHP to determine the weights of the indexes. After analyzing and evaluating the project communication management capability using linguistic variables based on a triangular fuzzy number, it takes the oil service company as an example to elaborate the evaluation process and analyze the evaluation result, and gives a reference for the company to improve the project communication management capability.
