In this paper, through a large number of drilling core observation, reservoir lithology, physical property data statistics results, the Shiwu oilfield zone and Qikeshu area in the Lishu fault depression in the Sha I-Ying I sand group main reservoirs (oil and gas) macro, micro characteristics, diagenesis, pore evolution are studied deeply; we establish the main reservoir diagenesis sequence and the clastic rock, carbonate rock two different types of reservoir diagenesis model; we discuss the main control factors of the formation and evolution of the reservoir pore; based on the criterion for evaluation, we make a comprehensive evaluation on the Sha I-Ying I five sets of reservoirs, and put forward the favorable reservoir distribution area. The results of the reservoir evaluation show that the reservoir development of Sha I sand group, the bottom of Ying I to the upper of Ying II sand group in Qikeshu area is good, as classes I reservoir development region; the reservoir development in Ying IV sand group is relatively poor, mainly for classes II, III.
