Based on the field experimental data of winter wheat of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years, referring to the changed trends of water requirement of winter wheat requirement in Henan from 1961 to 2011, using the Jensen model would establish the relationship model between the growth period of winter wheat water requirement and the yield, and then analyzed its mutual relations. The experimental results showed that the relationship of yield and water consumption would manifest a quadratic function in the whole winter wheat growing period. The water stress sensitivity index of the Jensen model reached the highest value from heading to filling period, the second highest during the jointing period and the third during the seedling phase. The sensitivity of the over wintering period and turning green period was minimal.
