摘要

Considering the existing disadvantage of detection technology of the filter rod circle, we apply the Laser scanning method to measure the diameter in order to realize the high accuracy of the filter rod line circle. On the basis of statistics, we analyzed the off-line measurement data of 87 groups of samples of filter rod, which was chosen randomly, and we arranged diameter gauge in four directions preliminarily. And then we applied the one-way dividing measuring system to test the diameter measuring of different types of 97 filter rod which were different from the machine tool. Accordingly, we determined the specific layout angle. In the end, we manufactured the diameter measuring instrument and put it into production. The results show that the proposed scheme can realize the accuracy of ±0.1mm.
