Aiming at calculation of the flow-rate characteristics of pneumatic circuit, describe the flow-rate characteristics of pneumatic components with sonic conductance, critical pressure ratio and subsonic index according to the latest standard ISO6358; In view of the calculation of the pneumatic circuit flow-rate characteristics, considering the influence of tube flow-rate characteristics and proposing the calculation method for three parameters of series and parallel circuit; Using numerical calculation method to design the solving process of pneumatic circuit flow-rate characteristics, and solve pneumatic circuit flow-rate characteristics parameters. The sonic conductance is only affected by the chocked component and its upstream components, and the critical back-pressure ratio is affected by all components and their order in the circuit. Last, taking the solenoid valve, throttle valve and tube as research object, the proposed method was verified to be feasible and accurate through contrastive analysis between with the test results of the upstream constant pressure test and the algorithm in the existing literature. It illustrates a new way for design and analysis of pneumatic circuits.
