摘要

Due to an excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, alumina-forming FeCrAl oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) ferritic steels are considered as main structure materials for the next-generation nuclear reactors. At high temperatures, alumina scale can protect the materials from oxidation reaction. However, there are no detailed reports about the irradiation effects on the alumina scale of ODS ferritic steels. In order to develop a reliable alumina film, the irradiation influence on the alumina performance must be examined. Therefore, my study is aimed at investigating the irradiation effects on the FeCrAl ODS ferritic steels with alumina scale. The purpose of present work is to investigate the oxidation behavior of FeCrAl ODS ferritic steels with Zr addition and various contents of excessive oxygen. Irradiation test will be conducted on next step.
