The NanoAssemblr Platform - Microfluidic Manufacture of Nanomedicines for the Development of RNA Therapeutics

The NanoAssemblr Platform is a scalable microfluidics-based system for the development and manufacture of nanoparticles for drug delivery applications. The NanoAssemblr Benchtop Instrument allows for the rapid development of nanomedicines. The structure and characteristics of the manufactured nanoparticles are easily controlled. They depend on the formulation components and process parameters of the instrument. Candidate formulations can be transferred to the continuous flow NanoAssemblr Scale-Up System for large-scale production allowing the transition from milliliter-scale formulation development to liter-scale clinical development using identical reactor conditions.
