Noble metal structures on a big 12×18" panel format require an understanding of: Adhesion, Resistance, Cleaning. The best material choice is LCP due to the homogeneous material properties. Thick Pt layer for more robustness are possible to build for long term implants. Manufacturing biocompatible products require a very specific know how for biocompatibility. A bright field of applications is possible to manufacture: Electrodes, Sensors, Thermistors.
