Research on regulation of new energy industry in China

摘要

Along with conflicts between environment and economic development extruding increasingly, human is facing new change of economic development mode. Because of its advantages against traditional energies and its significance for economic development, new energy industry has become the necessary selection of various nations transferring economic development mode, especially in China. Based on urgency and necessity of developing new energy industry in China, this paper deems that giving full play to combined action of market mechanism and government regulation is an easy choice to ensure sustainable development of new energy industry. But present government regulation to new energy industry of China still emphasizes excessively government dominance and fails to play role of market mechanism, hasn't formed uniform regulation administrative system, and foundation of regulation lacks systematization. These problems have seriously affected healthy and sustainable development of new energy industry. Therefore, to give full play to positive role of new energy industry to transformation of economic development mode, it is urgent to improve and adjust present government regulation of China.
