Bootstrap method and control charts in environment inspection and monitoring

摘要

Environment inspection data is a small sample and cannot be analyzed through traditional statistical method based on large sample. Bootstrap re-sampling method was introduced to break the limitations of traditional methods and was used to simulate large sample for estimation. Combined with Bayesian analysis, it can improve the prediction accuracy of overall failure rate through small sample estimation. Bootstrap method is introduced to quality control charts and can optimize the case of small samples in environmental monitoring and quality control.
