Along with the social development, more practical events have to be modeled and described by the System of Systems Engineering (SoSE). In this paper, the three-dimensional architecture of SoSE is established on the basis that an exploratory analysis based "1+4+1" model for System of Systems (SoS) implementation is discussed. Finally, the applications of the architecture and the model in the Marine Environment Comprehensive Monitoring System (MECMS) are demonstrated.
