摘要

An FPGA-based conversion interface for real-time high-definition video images is proposed and realized in order to meet the demands of surveillance video image conversion for high speed, reliability, real time, and high definition. By using the Cyclone EP2C35F672C6 clips made by Altera Co. as the video image conversion interface chip, the Verilog HDL key codes are presented with the functions of video image format conversion, interlace converting to progression, conversion of color and space. The speed of video processing can be greatly enhanced by utilizing the concurrency and flexibility of programmable logic devices in the real-time processing of images. The experiment has proved that after the related debugging by the system, both the versatility and transposability are improved and the video images can be played more fluently.
