Research on relevant problems of digital forensics and law

摘要

From the perspective of digital forensics and its electronic evidence, this article mainly discusses forensics technology of electronic evidence, forensics standard of electronic evidence, and forensics procedure of electronic evidence. Furthermore, it analyzes the existing problems of digital forensics and electronic evidence and relevant judicial problems in China, including issues of digital forensics tools, forensics personnel, forensics procedure, and relevant legislation. And it gives the relevant judicial solution proposals as well at the end of this article.
