The trolley may happen wheels position shift, even fall. the paper have designed a device that is able to detect the running state of trolleys online for measuring the distance between the ring cold trolley wheels. We gain effective data derived from measuring data and effective data analysis, and according theoretical bearing repair cycle, calculate Correction coefficient a of repair cycle the trolley wheel bearings.
