Study on Liposoluble Constituents Fingerprinting of Panax quinquefolius and Panax ginseng

We adopted a new extraction method - Accelerated Solvent Extractor(ASE) to extract the liposoluble constituents of Panax quinquefolius and Panax ginseng. GC-MS was used to analyze extract constituents with liposoluble, and which main peaks were identified. It was the fingerprints of liposoluble constituents of Panax quinquefolius and Panax ginseng. This method was able to expose liposoluble constituents with a full range offering a new method for identification and controlling quality of Panax quinquefolius and Panax ginseng.
