With the development of information industry, the division presents modularity and standardization, many professional jobs are more suitable for women. Therefore, we should pay attention to female education,'and do education reforming so that the major not only reflect the characteristics of professional education, but also highlight the characteristics of female education. This Essay analyzes the characteristics of the students' source of the computer major in women's university, and then describes the current IT industry's demanding trends for women talent, and finally explores the training mode.
