Discussion on three work realms of vocational college counselors

摘要

Vocational college counselor as a member of college counselors is the organizer, perpetrator and mentor of the routine student affairs and ideological and political education. How to take this responsibility better is plaguing many vocational college counselors. The paper mainly discussed three work realms of vocational college counselors, namely the transactional counselors, the empirical counselors and the expert counselors, according to the actual work about the administration of vocational college student affairs, to promote a better and faster development of counselors' abilities and the improvement of the management level of student affairs.
