The key installation technology of Shanghai Laohutai pumping station facilities transformation

Laohutai pumping station is located in the Yan Chang Zhong Lu and Peng Yue Pu junction, covers an area of 1339 m2,the effluent discharged into the Peng Yue Pu pumping station pump flow 9.2 m3/s,planning of size 9.16 m3/s. The pumping station facilities need to complete the technical transformation and upgrading, key technology of corresponding include the installation of a system of mechanical equipment and electrical installation, the sub-divisional work includes replacement of press, grille decontamination machine, screw conveying squeezing machine, stainless steel floating box door and deodorizing equipment and installation of SCB10-800-10/0.4 type energy saving dry type transformer and high and low pressure switch cabinet equipment. Application of the key technology has solved the quality problems of Laohutai pump installation.
