摘要

Bioethanol is promising in the era faced with the energy crisis and environmentalproblems. In order to decrease the bioethanol production cost, optimization of thebioethanol fermentation process is essential. The aerobic pulse stimulation duringthe early growth phase could stimulate the cell growth and shorten thefermentation period. In order to confirm above hypothesis, mathematicalmodeling and computer simulation about the above two operation styles ofethanol fermentation processes were made. The results showed that thefermentation period was shortened for more than 10 h, confirming the usefulnessof the mathematical modeling and simulation methods used in this research.
