Explore the compatibility of the dachengqi decoction on the obstruction of ratintestinal, analyze the relationship of dosage and pharmacodynamics index, andpredict the best compatibility. Method: First, experimental design. Withreference to the original formula, the herbal medicines in a prescription includeRhubarb, Mangnolia officinalis, immature bitter orange, mirabilite designed nineformula based on Mixing uniform design, given ileus rats, obtain chemicalcomponent, rat intestinal blood flow, and the perimeter data; Secondly,exploratory analysis. Analyze the data using the partial least squares (PLS),explore important variables; the third, mathematical modeling. Using partialleast squares regression, equation is obtained. Finally, multi-objectiveoptimization and the compatibility of prediction. Results: Predict the bestcompatibility. Conclusion: Conjunctive use mixture uniform design, multi-objective optimization, partial least squares method can get the bestcompatibility of the dachengqi decoction, increase blood flow, and reduceperimeter for intestinal ileus rats.
