Analysis and simulation of the corporate pharmaceutical patent infringement litigation warning indicator system

摘要

The objective is to establish the patent infringement litigation warning models and early warning indicator system for pharmaceutical companies. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to determine the early warning indicators. The initial warning stage, early warning indicator system, target business judgment stage, and accurate early warning stage of early indicators were described quantitatively to establish a mathematical model.
