Research on the quality of formula granuleof liquidambaris fructus

摘要

The formula granule of traditional Chinese medicine refers to the Chinese herbalmedicine with water extraction into certain specification for medical institutions oftraditional Chinese medicine clinical formula manufactured goods. This paperproposes an estimation method of the formula granule of liquidambaris fructus.Study and formulate liquidambaric quality standard formula particles, increase thepatients taking safety. Experiments were made by using thin layer chromatographyand high performance liquid chromatography of preparation for qualitative andquantitative detection; results showed that TLC: the plate is GF_(254), chloroform-ethylformate-formic acid (5:5:1) as developing solvent and two times. HPLC conditions:The Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 mum) was used with Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (15:85) at the mobile phase at the flow rate: 1.0 ml min~-1, andthe detecting wavelength: 273 nm. The results showed that the linear concentrationrange of gallic acid was within 0.0684 mug approx 0.5130 mug (r = 0.9999, n = 6); and theaverage recovery rate was 97.66% (RSD = 1.26%, n = 6). This paper first study onquality of the formula granule of liquidambaris fructus.
