Optimize the prescription compatibilityof the Dachengqi decoction based onpartial least squares regression

Study the Dachengqi decoction on the obstruction of rat intestinal, analyze therelationship of dosage and blood flow, and predict the best compatibility.Method: First of all, experimental design. With reference to the original formula,the herbal medicines in a prescription include Rhubarb, Magnolia officinalis,immature bitter orange, mirabilite designed nine formula based on mixinguniform design, given ileus rats, obtain intestinal blood flow data; Second,exploratory analysis. Analyze the data using the orthogonal signal correction ofpartial least squares (OSC-PLS), explore important variables and interactionaffect the information; The third, mathematical modelling. Using PLS regression,equation is obtained. Results: Obtain the best compatibility. Conclusion: Themixture uniform design of PLS method can get the best compatibility of theDachengqi decoction, increase blood flow for intestinal ileus rats.
