This paper discusses an actual systematic approach of lean development of a 1U CubeSat of a team formed from the non-space fairing countries whose knowledge in satellite development is ground zero in which CubeSat will demonstrate some COTS (commercial of the shelf component) missions and overview of the constellation in orbit. Birds Program is a multi nation student satellite project whose members are students from Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral. The students come from an institute of each participating developing countries and enrolled in Space Engineering International Course (SEIC) at Kyushu Institute of Technology (Kyutech). After the Program Completion, students shall return to their home countries and initiate a space program or plan for the next 10 years.And lastly Birds program shall demonstrate real Know How Technology Transfer (KHTT) by offering significant low-cost and hands-on opportunity form developed country and start up collaboration and network.
