Temperature robust structure of a coordinate measuring machine

The increasing use of coordinate measuring machine (cmm) in a shopfloor environment allows monitoring of machine tools direct at the point of added value. Thereby cmm's are part of the production control loop without any dead time due to tempering in a climate room.
