摘要

A two-dimensional surface numerical model for both flow and sediment in Wuhu reach was built, which was verified by using two series field data. The results shows that the numerical model can well reflect the water and sediment movement in this reach. At last, a prediction based on a typical-year and series-year hydrologic data was carried out. The results shows that the scouring will play an important role in the bed evolution in further. As a result, the influence brought by the erosion should be fully considered in the construction of the cross-river tunnel project to be built in Wuhu reach.
