摘要

The carbon disulfide hydrolysis kinetic over titania based sulfur recovery catalyst CT6-8 was studied in a continuous flow fixed bed reactor.Without both internal and external diffusion limitation,kinetic data were obtained by orthogonal experimental design under the conditions of 280-350 °C,contact time 3.5 × l0-6-10-5h,CS2 concentration 0.1-1%,H2O concentration 5-30%,H2S concentration 2-5%,SO2 concentration 1-2.5%.The reaction rate was calculated through the data fitting method.The relationship between the reaction rate and the experimental conditions was fitted by power function model.The CS2 hydrolysis reaction kinetic equation was obtained.
