摘要

Environmental Protection (EP) is the important problem in the world.Most countriesx pay more attention to environmental protection,and they should consider the output effect while making the input to EP.Environmental Protection Input Efficiency (EPIE) refers to using the effects of pollution control to measure effectiveness of environmental investment.By using the Data Envelope Analysis (DEA) method,we studies China's 7 regional waste water treatment and air pollution situation.So we can draw the conclusion that regional environmental protection input efficiency in China is generally good,but the efficiency is low in a few of regions.If the government wants to improve the effect of environment protection,it cannot only rely on the inputs of capital and equipment,and it also need to seek the new methods to pollution governance.
