BAF was used to treat the secondary clarifier effluent.After star-up of BAF was success,discussing the advanced wastewater treatment feasibility by comparing the removal efficiency of COD,NH3-N,turbidity and chroma of BAF effluent under the conditions of filter velocity 6 m/h,gas-water ratio 1:1 and room temperature.The result showed that the removal efficiency was best.The average concentration of COD,NH3-N,turbidity and chroma was 32 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,3.4 NTU and 37 degree.The average removal rate of COD,NH3-N,turbidity and chroma was 38.7%,99.4%,35.4% and 33.5%.The effluent quality meets urban wastewater reuse related standards.
