摘要

In view of the problems of heavy burden of the server and presence of a huge amount of repeated data in the returned pages due to adoption of synchronous interaction technology for web services in traditional WebGIS system,in this paper a concept of incorporating AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript + XML) technology into WebGIS system is proposed,and the coupling model and realization method for building the gas real-time monitoring system through integration of AJAX technology and ArcIMS Java Connector are described,and finally data asynchronous transfer at browser and server under B/S structure is achieved and the service performance is improved.
