In order to grasp the characteristic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion,the paper presents a test method of critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion based on temperature programmed.By means of the variation relationship between CO concentration and temperature,we established a calculation model to solve critical temperature,different sizes of coal samples carried out temperature-programmed experiments,and measured the concentration of different particle sizes of coal samples at different temperatures producing gases such as CO,CH4.According to the analysis of gas concentration variation,we got the result of the corresponding changes relationship between oxygen consumption rate,heat intensity,gas production rate and other parameters and the coal sample temperature.We obtained Huaheng coal sample spontaneous combustion to produce gases such as CO,CH4 concentration changes,as well as the critical temperature,dry temperature and other limits parameters by the analysis and calculation,determined the influence relationship between coal particle size and critical temperature of spontaneous combustion.The results provide a basic data and theoretical basis for mine spontaneous combustion fire prevention and control,with some guidance and reference value.
