摘要

Contributions of relevant heat and mass transfer processes and characteristic times in nanoparticles production during evaporation of droplet solution are discussed. Low-temperature transformation of aqueous solution of NiCl_2 into nickel oxide nanoparticles is obtained. Classification of morphologies of obtained ensembles of nanoparticles is developed. Details of electrostatic deposition of droplets on metallic substrate are reported.
