The use of membranes in separation processes is growing at a slow but steady rate. Baker in 2002 estimated the market scale of membrane gas separation (GS) technology in year 2020 to be five times of that of year 2000 .The gas separation membrane is one of the processes used by chemical industries, because it has lower power consumption, is compact, modular and reduces greenhouse gases. Applications of polymeric membranes for gas separation are used especially the oil area, separating CO2/CH4, H2/O2, O2/N2, helium, natural gas, among others.
