摘要

Through a combination of interpretative structural modeling method and Analytic Network Process method, puts forward a new analysis method of importance of demand of support capability building, aimed at the complex support capability building element of the structure are explained, and then relay on the structure to analysis the importance of structure of ability elements with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method. To avoid the shortcomings of traditional of the analytical method is too subjective, the factors are incomplete, and the relationship is unknown, and to previous a analysis methods by the subjective effects of malpractice, for support capability building further analysis to lay a solid foundation.
