The Research on Restrain the real estate speculation in Field of Industrial Technology

Housing is a basic human need, in the closing times housing problem has become a "priority" for the common people. And in recent years, the house prices keep continual rising generally in all the big cities of our country. On one hand, the rise in house prices make life cost greatly increase, it leads many low-income people can't afford a house; On the other hand, some speculators buy houses through various channels of financing hoard, expecting to get high profits, thus making house prices higher and higher. Therefore, how to effectively restrain the real estate prices, restrain the real estate speculation is a social problem which worth paying more attention and doing research. In this paper, we build several models to solve some problems related to real estate, which can give reasonable solutions to these problems.
