It is possible to distinguish, general typologies from statistical data, but each case depends on particularities. In this particular case, in order to define it, it is necessary to focus on similarities with typologies such as its formality pattern, and additionally on its particular clustering in order to find its inhabitation in context. The general similarities and differences with typologies we can find, in this case correspond to spatial changes in the building (renovation), while the particularity of the study case matches with its inhabitation (use given to shared spaces). Not only physical changes (renovation of a dwelling), but also a change in inhabitation, can be reflected a change in spatial perception (as reduction of privacy in this case), therefore semantic analysis can be used to link both in one analysis.
