The neutral SET* of young people is about 24.8°C in summer in Wuhan city. When the outdoor environment is considered as acceptable, 59% and 56% of the samples choose “no change” about sun/shade and air movement, respectively, while 61% of the samples choose “cooler” about air temperature. In the survey, most people (n=265, 70%) consider that the air temperature is unacceptable in Wuhan in summer.
