摘要

The relation of teacher's education and the performance of students in China has not been systematically studied. Becauses of the recent mergers of rural schools,we can apply the method of DID to analysis the effect of the teacher's education by using the data of 2006 CNEES. We find that more education of teachers has been improving performance of students.This result means the government should further improve rural teacher's education for advancing education quality.
