This paper introduced the principle of automatic terminal crimping machine. The methods to improve the speed of terminal crimping machine and to control the precision of wires cutting and crimping were discussed. OMRON servo positioning controllers were adopted in this system. By debugging the positioning controllers, the efficiency, stability and convenience of the whole system will be optimized.
