The Researches on Enhancing the Competitiveness Model of Railway Transport in the Perspective of Environmental Logistics

摘要

The authors summarized and constructed the model of enhancing competitiveness of railway Transport in the perspective of environmental logistics after reviewing large quantity of relevant literatures regarding environmental logistics and outsourcing, etc. The competitive model includes several factors from the internal and external levels of railway industries, and the specific evaluation indicators of transportation competitiveness are: 1. to improve the quality of service; 2. to raise volume of business; 3. to change the marketing plan; 4. the overall performance. This study will improve the competiveness of railway industry and will also serve as tools for scientific decision making for railway department.
