摘要

Social capital is an important element in explaining social and economic issues, yet people rarely make research into its relationship with the influence of corporate social responsibility. This paper tries to analyze with empirical cases the relationship between corporate social responsibility, corporate social capital and competitive advantages, in an effort to reveal the intermediary role of corporate social capital in helping corporate social responsibility exert an influence on competitive advantage.
