Nowadays, some organizations were not success in realizing the benefits of ERP implementation. The aim of this study was to formulate a comprehensive recommendation for the ERP management in the post-project phase. The development of research model was done by an initial model development and a refinement process based on interviews with two ERP consultants. The research model defines five aspects and 22 recommended activities of the ERP management in post-project phase. The aspects are process, technology, management, organizational structure, and human aspects. Model validation process was done using a case study on a company. The data collection process was done by using interviews with the company's employees. Data triangulation was done by using documents and an interview with the company's former Director. There are two activities that have not been proven and several important things for the future research.
