An Exploration of the Residence Unit Design in Changsha

摘要

To achieve the development goal of actively building a resource-conserving and environmental friendly city cluster advocated in the Two-Oriented Society development process in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, the researcher intends to design a residence unit compatible with the developments of two-oriented city cluster through researching and studying various elements such as local geography, climate, social economy, families and population, etc. The researcher will conduct a pilot experiment to analyze and study the optimized design of small and middle-sized residence units so as to propose a reference for improving residence units in Changsha.
