On Roles of Fiscal Policy on the Transformation of Economic Growth Pattern from the Perspective of Endogenous Economic Growth Model -Case Study in Shandong Province

In order to achieve the sustainable development of society and economy, the economic growth pattern must be changed, namely, the way from extensive to intensive. Illustrated by the example of Shandong Province and on the basis of endogenous economic growth pattern, this paper arrives at the conclusion that fiscal policy can affect the degree of technological progress represented by "total factor productivity" by using the contribution of "total factor productivity" and sub-item expenditure in different years for regression analysis. Therefore, in order to achieve the transformation of the economic growth, the government should provide the most effective support to the transformation of economic growth pattern in making the related fiscal policy.
